SUG Big Book Sale - June 2025

The Big Book Sale is sponsored by the Seniors' University Group and supports classes and activities for older adults at the University of Regina’s College Avenue Campus.

Your donations and purchases directly support activities and classes for older adults, and literacy to many charities and community groups.

The Highland Curling Club, 348 Broad Street, has a large parking area to the north and street parking as well.

The 2025 sale dates and times:

Wednesday, June 25th, 11AM to 8PM

Thursday, June 26th, 11AM to 8PM

Friday, June 27th, 11AM to 8PM

Saturday, June 28th, 11AM to 5PM

Donations:

Starting Wednesday, June 4th and continuing until Friday, June 20th, donations can be dropped off at the Highland Curling Club (348 Broad Street):

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 9:00AM-3:30PM

• Thursdays - 11:00AM-8:00PM

We WILL accept the following:

• Paperbacks (fiction and non-fiction)

• Hardcovers (fiction and non-fiction)

• Young Adult Books

• Graphic Novels, Marvel and other Comic Books

• Children’s Books

• Games and Puzzles

• CDs, LPs and DVDs

• Sheet music

Remember to also donate any low-sided boxes you have

We WILL NOT accept the following:

• Magazines

• Cassette Tapes, 8 Track Tapes, and VHS

• Reader’s Digest Condensed Books

• Encyclopedias

• Textbooks

• Computer and Other Manuals

• Items in Poor Condition
