The Rosemont Mount Royal Community Association (RMRCA) consists of approximately 4000 households and is located in West Regina and partly borders on the lovely A.E. Wilson Park/Bicycle Path.

RMRCA interests are with local concerns and in providing a variety of Programs /Events and Services in the Rosemont and Mount Royal Area. Our Board consists of 14 dedicated Volunteer Board members.  This Association is a Program Partner with the City of Regina.

The Rosemont Mount Royal Community Association has coordinated, through this Volunteer Board, a variety of Programs/Events and Services, for this Community and Residents for over 30 years.

In the past, this RMRCA Board has coordinated - A Community Winter Family Day /Spring Family Fun Days/a Community Spring Garage Sale/Winter Craft Fairs/Star Party/ 100’s of programs for our residents to participate in right in this area and many Community Services.

However, due to this Covid time… some of these have been limited.

RMRCA provides & maintains the two RMRCA Outdoor Signs (Lewvan & 4th Ave. and at South McCarthy Blvd.)  RMRCA provides community information through our Outdoor Signs, Website, Community Group Email, Facebook page, and through our three Newsletters (that are delivered to your door in September/January & April).


RMRCA provides funding for the supervision at the winter ice warm-up shack at Rosemont School & Mable Brown Park. 

RMRCA was still able to provide a variety of online programs for our residents to participate in this year.

RMRCA provided creative ways so to continue to have continual engagement with our residents during this time with Our “RMRCA Community Sharing Pages” that included a variety of fun family activities/ideas.

Also, included for our during this time for our residents were - #RMRCA Rocks, Grow An Extra Row, A Snowman Contest, and February Family Day Activities and Ideas.

RMRCA introduced the very successful - “Neighbour2Neighbourhood Initiative - to provide assistance to our residents in our community.

RMRCA provided an online Annual General Meeting this year for our residents in March 2021. Annual Reports were provided & nominations for new Volunteer Board Members were voted on at that time.

RMRCA monthly meetings are still held the first Tuesday of every month – Only now online with Microsoft Teams.  If residents would like to attend, registration is required beforehand. 


RMRCA provides Schools, Churches, and Benson Manor in our area, monthly community association updates for them to post. Our Association offers free advertising for them for their events.

RMRCA offers two yearly Grade 12 Volunteer Scholarships for students that live in this community.

RMRCA continues to provide input into City of Regina Civic Affairs that involves our Community & City.

WATCH FOR -  RMRCA Program/Membership Registration Nights (2nd Tuesday in September and January each year. This will be advertised in our Newsletter that is delivered to all our residents, on our two Outdoor Signs, on our Website, Facebook page, and through our Community E-News.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS -The purchase of a Rosemont Mount Royal Family Membership Card -$5.00 (valid September 1st to August 31st each year) assists our Association with all the Programs/Events and Services that are provided for our residents. This Family Community Association  Membership Card also entitles you and your family, to participate in the numerous programs provided by our community association and other programs sponsored by other community associations, zone boards and affiliate groups.
